This is an early mixed fabric/embroidery work of a series, the others were destroyed.This particular piece is a small effort to cloth the sadness of departure in the dark blue satin fabric and the uplifting fresh leaves embroidered on top and around it, following the arrival of sunlight in autumn. All hand made by myself, the material was purchased in New Delhi, Amsterdam, The Hague, Ahmedabad and Thrivandrum
